According to the website of the State Administration for Market Regulation, the State Administration for Market Regulation (National Standards Commission) has recently approved the release of national standards such as "Technical Requirements and Evaluation for Intelligent Home Appliances - Part 1: General Requirements" (GB/T 28219.1-2025) and "Application Scenarios for Intelligent Home Appliances - Part 1: General Requirements" (GB/T 46550.1-2025), which will be officially implemented on May 1, 2026. These two national standards clearly define smart home appliances from two key dimensions: "intelligent capability" and "scene effect". They not only establish norms for enterprise research and development production, but also enable consumers to understand and use them with peace of mind. The national standard "Requirements and Evaluation of Intelligent Technology for Smart Home Appliances Part 1: General Requirements" requires smart home appliances to possess key capabilities such as data management, human-computer interaction, intelligent control, and intelligent operation and maintenance. It also establishes a five level intelligent rating system from L1 to L5, which divides the product into grades through comprehensive scoring, allowing consumers to judge the level of product intelligence at a glance. At the same time, enterprises are required to clearly label the specific utility of intelligent functions, network access methods, information security risk warnings, and other information to make it more convenient for consumers to use. The national standard "Application Scenarios for Smart Home Appliances Part 1: General Requirements" specifies the implementation methods and technical requirements for 9 typical application scenarios of smart home appliances, including environmental management, health management, and energy resource management, providing a clear framework for product development and ecological interconnection. Taking the environmental management scenario as an example, it is required that the temperature fluctuation does not exceed ± 2 ° C, the measured value of particulate matter clean air volume is not less than 90% of the nominal value, and the upper limit of noise in the bedroom and living room areas is specified, as well as the accuracy of light adjustment is not less than 80%, to ensure that the intelligent interconnection effect can be measured and evaluated.
