The second folk culture expert story collection, "Literature and Art Enriching the Countryside," recently kicked off in Tiantai County, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. Experts in folk culture, art, and industry from all over the country gathered to explore innovative paths for empowering rural revitalization with folk literature and art through various forms such as lectures, discussions, and field research, so as to bring vitality to traditional culture rooted in the countryside. The event adopts a dual track approach of "theoretical sharing+on-site experience" and is conducted under the leadership of Guo Yi, Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Association for the Betterment and Progress of China and Director of the Zhejiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Center, and Jin Xiaoyi, Deputy Secretary General of the Zhejiang Association for the Betterment and Progress of China and Deputy Director of the Folk Art Museum of the China Academy of Art. Two "expert storytelling performances" were held consecutively. Guardians of intangible cultural heritage skills, disseminators of cultural new media, and practitioners of folk cultural innovation take turns on stage, telling vivid stories from cultural protection, technological innovation to industrial driving; After the sharing session, a communication and dialogue area will be set up where the host and sharing guests can interact and exchange ideas, spark ideas, and accept on-site questions. At the end of the day's event, Professor Lu Shaoyang from the School of Journalism and Communication at Peking University gave an academic summary, emotionally reproducing the shining points of the storytellers and their shining moments in life, and systematically sorting out replicable and promotable theoretical experiences and practical paths. During the event, multiple on-site investigations were carried out simultaneously, establishing a full chain communication mechanism from the study to the field, from theory to the scene. It is understood that Tiantai County, as the venue for this event, has abundant folk cultural resources and outstanding practical achievements, and is the key focus of this survey. During the on-site visit, the guests deeply experienced the rural context and personally felt the effective path of Tiantai's "activating the countryside with culture". In Tahou Village, local stories and traditional customs are linked together to form a distinctive rural cultural and tourism IP, and cultural content is truly transformed into a driving force for development; In Zhexi Old Street, traditional crafts such as dry lacquer with ramie and "one vine" have been reintroduced into the public eye through intangible cultural heritage workshops and skill exhibitions; In the Hehe Humanistic Cultural Park, the operator has achieved a positive interaction between cultural protection and economic growth through cultural and creative development, study courses, and other forms.
