Recently, the "Chinese Good Family Traditions" National School Entrance Public Welfare Project of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture entered Yulong Naxi Autonomous County, Lijiang, Yunnan Province. A series of activities were carried out in multiple primary and secondary schools at the foot of the snow capped mountains, sowing the seeds of family ethics education into the classroom and helping to build a good ecology of family school community cooperation in education. The project lecturer team went deep into urban and rural areas of Yulong County, and successively held lectures at 22 schools including Tai'an Township Central School and Liming Elementary School in Liming Township, focusing on the traditional wisdom and modern family education concepts contained in Naxi culture, guiding students to understand etiquette and gratitude. During the event, the project team also donated specially customized family tradition reading materials and extended classic courses such as "The Analects" online in audio and video form through the "Little Pinecone Volunteer Culture Popularization Platform", achieving continuous dissemination and infiltration of family tradition culture. The relevant person in charge of the Education and Sports Bureau of Yulong County stated that they will take this event as an opportunity to continuously expand the forms and carriers of family tradition education, and continue to promote the practical exploration of "family school community" collaborative education. Since its launch in 2020, the "Chinese Good Family Traditions" project has been implemented in 17 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across the country. By 2025, the project will cover multiple cities including Beijing, Guizhou, Jiangsu, Shandong, Hebei, Yunnan, Sichuan, etc., from the capital to remote mountainous areas, gradually building a vivid picture of national family tradition construction. The project explores a three-dimensional and sustainable path for public welfare through various forms such as campus lectures, home school discussions, charitable donations, cultural research, and sports leagues.
