This standard specifically solves the urgent problem of how, what, and how to transform advanced scientific and technological achievements into standards for researchers, and builds a key bridge for scientific and technological achievements to bridge the gap from "laboratory" to "production line". It is reported that the standard highlights three key issues: firstly, clarifying the feasibility analysis of transforming scientific and technological achievements into standards, proposing standardized paths and methods for promoting the transformation process, and providing a "transformation manual" for researchers. Secondly, the path of transforming new technological achievements into international standards provides technical support for China's advantageous technological achievements to be included in the international standard system, accelerating China's transformation from an "active participant" to a "major contributor" to international standards. In addition, establish an evaluation index system for the transformation standards of scientific and technological achievements, clearly judge whether scientific and technological achievements are suitable for transformation into standards, and analyze the standard categories of scientific and technological achievements suitable for transformation.
