From October 27th to 29th local time, our support base in Djibouti conducted a three-day "Cooperation-2025" joint training with the Djibouti military. It is reported that this is the first time that China and Kyrgyzstan have organized joint training of multiple military branches, including land, sea, and air, with the aim of further deepening friendship, mutual trust, and practical cooperation between the two sides through mutual learning, enhancing the coordinated action and joint anti-terrorism capabilities of the two armies. During the joint training period, both sides organized and implemented the training in three stages: pre training, indoor simulation, and actual military exercises. The command group was jointly led by commanders from both sides. The joint training of officers and soldiers from both China and Kyrgyzstan is mainly based on the background of "punishing and striking terrorists stationed on deserted islands". The focus is on continuous exercises such as formation navigation, maritime patrol and surveillance, covert attacks, battlefield reconnaissance and surveillance, joint firepower strikes, drone strikes, joint force assaults, helicopter takeoffs and landings, air command, emergency evacuation and treatment of wounded soldiers. The leader of the Djibouti support base stated that this joint training will help both China and Djibouti jointly maintain regional peace and stability. During the joint training, the participating officers and soldiers from both sides worked closely to optimize command planning and collaborative action mechanisms, further enhancing the joint combat capabilities of the two armies, and advancing the military cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan to a new level, achieving new breakthroughs in joint action capabilities.
