Recently, the 8th National College Student Network Culture Festival, hosted by the Ministry of Education and the Cyberspace Administration of China, is underway. Teachers and students from many universities across the country are actively participating, providing positive assistance in innovating the network education mechanism and optimizing the supply of network cultural content through online articles, excellent micro courses, and "AI+ideological and political" works. Currently, the wave of digitization is accelerating, and cyberspace is becoming the forefront of ideological confrontation and value competition. To truly establish mainstream values in the online space, it is necessary to build a visible, tangible, and traceable online education system. At the end of the 14th Five Year Plan, China's network governance system has achieved historic results, with the normalization of the "Clear and Clear" series of special actions, the strengthening of mainstream online public opinion, and the continuous spread of positive content. At the same time, it should be noted that there is still room for improvement in the precise reach and effective transformation of ideological and political education in cyberspace. For example, the dissemination of some ideological content is difficult to match the expression and psychological characteristics of the youth group; Some platforms still have a "traffic oriented" orientation, and high-quality ideological content is passively weakened in algorithm competition. How to achieve innovative expression and precise dissemination of ideological and political education in the complex and ever-changing public opinion ecology has become a key issue that urgently needs to be solved. The core of online education is to promote the precise and intelligent transformation of ideological dissemination. We should follow the trend of scenario based and intelligent information dissemination, establish a national level digital content system for ideological and political education, and build an authoritative, open, and shared cloud resource library. By using artificial intelligence algorithms, user profiling, and big data analysis, we can achieve targeted push and precise reach of ideas and content. Enable young people to "see" warm, logical, and confident expressions of ideas on online homepages, short videos, and social topics. At the same time, promote the transformation of platform algorithms from "traffic logic" to "value logic", incorporate ideological and political education into recommended content, and make algorithms an "amplifier" for disseminating mainstream values. For example, the course "Ideology, Morality, and Rule of Law" at Tsinghua University is taught in the form of a "virtual simulation experiment course", which uses VR (virtual reality) and AR (augmented reality) devices to immerse students in the scene, and uses big data platforms to track students' experience paths, emotional reactions, and cognitive improvement, providing algorithm support for recommending teaching content in the future. Only by consolidating platform responsibilities and rallying social forces can the dissemination of ideas in online education truly be traceable, sustainable, and assessable. We should fully leverage the role of universities as the main battlefield, establish new educational platforms such as "online ideological and political studios" and "digital youth classrooms", and form a group of online brands that have both ideological guidance and infectiousness. Strengthen the supply of rich and high-quality ideological content in mainstream media, make good use of new forms such as short videos, interactive topics, immersive narratives, etc., and enable mainstream ideas to actively enter algorithm ranking. For example, in the "Academic MCN Institution" construction project promoted by the Ministry of Education, relevant universities have joined forces with well-known experts and scholars and new media teams to build a content platform, providing online classrooms and micro videos for teachers and students in the central and western regions of China to directly communicate with more outstanding scholars. This not only achieves the "breaking circle" dissemination of high-quality ideological and political education resources, but also enhances youth participation and platform stickiness through fan community operation, interactive live streaming, online Q&A and other forms. Continuously improving talent and mechanism guarantees, further establishing long-term mechanisms, can better promote the systematic construction of online education. We can explore the establishment of a "network ideological and political mentor" system to attract outstanding teachers, young models, and internet celebrities to participate in the creation and dissemination of ideological content; Improve content evaluation and incentive mechanisms, and incorporate the dissemination and influence of online ideological education into assessment indicators. Promote the formation of collaborative mechanisms among relevant departments in various regions, bridge the "last mile" of ideological education, and achieve the systematization, professionalization, and normalization of online education. The construction of the "Digital Intelligence Community" at Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology is a typical practice. The school has deeply integrated online and community education through the construction of the "Smart Counselor 3.0 Platform" and the launch of projects such as "Immersive Party History Course" and "Digital Bookmarks". The effectiveness has been incorporated into the student growth assessment system, and a sustainable tracking and feedback loop for education has been achieved from three aspects: mechanism design, talent support, and technology application, becoming a vivid example of online education. In the first year of the 15th Five Year Plan, the strategic significance of online education is further highlighted. It is not only an important path to significantly improve the level of social civilization, but also an important lever to consolidate the national security barrier. Only by making ideological education accessible to "netizens willing to watch", expressed through "youth empathy", and spread through "sustainable" channels, can we build a spiritual home with warmth, faith, and strength in the hearts of millions of netizens, injecting lasting momentum into building a clear online ecosystem and safeguarding national ideological security.
