On October 28th, in Minsk, Belarus, Belarusian President Lukashenko delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security. Belarusian President Lukashenko said at the opening ceremony that the Western unipolar world order poses a threat to global stability, and the international community needs to work together to establish a secure Eurasian space based on mutual respect and cooperation. Belarus advocates for the establishment of a multipolar world that respects each other's sovereignty, rejects confrontational policies, and prioritizes resolving issues through diplomatic dialogue rather than sanctions. Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov emphasized that Europe must abandon its arrogant claims of exclusivity and hostile stance towards many Eurasian countries, including Russia and Belarus. The Russian side is willing to engage in substantive discussions on security issues and consider all constructive initiatives to build a new model of European security relations. Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and External Economic Affairs Szijjardo emphasized the importance of regional partnerships in addressing migration and economic security issues in his speech, and urged all parties to adopt inclusive approaches that benefit all stakeholders.
