On the weekend of October 26th, the Trojan Fairy Tale Dark Restaurant located in Xidan, Beijing launched an accessible theater viewing activity, with 52 visually impaired and physically disabled people coming to "watch" and exchange ideas. Compared to regular movies, accessible movies introduce narrators to better assist visually impaired individuals in presenting their facial expressions, environment, actions, and other visual images in their minds. At the viewing site, volunteers also provided volunteer services such as elevator transportation for people with physical disabilities. The Trojan Fairy Tale Dark Restaurant, themed around caring for people with disabilities, has been established for 16 years. Over 200 visually impaired and physically disabled individuals have worked full-time or part-time here. The restaurant has provided free meals to tens of thousands of voluntary blood donors for seven consecutive years. More than 4000 students and restaurant customers have joined the restaurant's volunteer service, with a total volunteer service time of nearly 400000 hours. (New Society)
