The release of the "Research Report on the Development of Ecological Policing in China" and the academic seminar hosted by the People's Public Security University of China were held in Beijing on the 26th. Officials from the Supreme People's Court, Supreme People's Procuratorate, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Justice, and Ministry of Ecology and Environment attended the meeting and delivered speeches. The Research Report on the Development of Ecological Policing in China, also known as the Blue Book of Ecological Policing, was jointly compiled by the Ecological Policing Research Team of the People's Public Security University of China and 11 public security departments with regional representativeness and functional typicality in Huzhou, Zhejiang and other places. The report system has reviewed the development process of ecological policing in China in recent years, and summarized the practical experience of relevant departments in environmental crime investigation, joint law enforcement of ecological environment, and collaborative governance in various regions. The report provides an in-depth analysis of the new situation and problems faced by current ecological policing, as well as theoretical and practical prospects for future development trends. It deeply decodes innovative practices in local ecological policing, systematically presents the latest achievements in China's ecological policing construction, and vividly outlines the practical map of China's ecological policing. After the launch ceremony, practical experts and scholars from all over the country participated in in-depth exchanges and academic discussions on hot issues in China's ecological policing theory and practice, the construction of independent knowledge system in public security law, and the service of public security law education to the new quality and combat effectiveness of public security.
