Recently, the upper reservoir project of the Nanning Pumped Storage Power Station in Guangxi has successfully passed the pre storage acceptance. This marks the completion of the main civil engineering project of Nanning pumped storage power station, laying the foundation for achieving the goal of putting all units into operation by the end of this year. The Nanning Pumped Storage Power Station is one of the major projects in the 14th Five Year Plan, which started construction in July 2022 with a total installed capacity of 1.2 million kilowatts.
