In September, the sales prices of second-hand residential properties in first tier cities decreased by 1.0% month on month, with the same decline as the previous month. Among them, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen decreased by 0.9%, 1.0%, 0.8%, and 1.0% respectively. 2、 The sales prices of second-hand residential properties in third tier cities decreased by 0.7% and 0.6% respectively on a month on month basis, with the decline expanding by 0.1 percentage points. Among them, Shanghai rose by 5.6%, while Beijing, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen fell by 2.6%, 4.1%, and 1.8% respectively. 2、 The sales prices of newly-built residential properties in third tier cities decreased by 2.1% and 3.4% year-on-year, respectively, with the decline narrowing by 0.3 percentage points. In September, the sales prices of second-hand residential properties in first tier cities decreased by 3.2% year-on-year, narrowing the decline by 0.3 percentage points compared to the previous month. Among them, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen decreased by 2.7%, 2.4%, 6.0%, and 1.7% respectively. 2、 The sales prices of second-hand residential properties in third tier cities decreased by 5.0% and 5.7% year-on-year, respectively, with the decline narrowing by 0.2 and 0.3 percentage points, respectively.
