Recently, the Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervisory Commission of Huangyuan County, Qinghai Province, used the "disciplinary inspection" linkage mode, combined with the inspection results of the county committee's inspection team on the county medical insurance bureau, to compare and analyze the relevant problems found during the inspection with the prominent problems in the management of medical insurance funds, supplement and improve the problem list, and help to further accurately identify and correct problems. Since the beginning of this year, the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission of Huangyuan County has made the management of medical insurance funds a key area of supervision, urging the county's medical insurance, health and other departments to carry out self-examination and self correction, and to do a good job in problem investigation and rectification. During this period, it was discovered that there were 11 categories of 103 issues, including discrepancies between personnel and witnesses and failure to disclose medical insurance policies. Relevant disciplinary inspection and supervision team members were organized to track the rectification of these issues. Currently, the relevant problems have been rectified. In response to the problems of limited and single methods of management and supervision of medical insurance funds in Huangyuan County's medical insurance bureau, health bureau and other units, the county's discipline inspection and supervision commission has adopted the "supervision and inspection+common question and answer" model. On the basis of consolidating the responsibilities of functional departments such as medical insurance, health, and market supervision, the commission has taken the lead in holding meetings to promote various departments to discuss countermeasures, break through bottlenecks, and form a joint force. It has thoroughly investigated and rectified 19 difficult and complex issues in the management of medical insurance funds in the county, recovered more than 1.47 million yuan of illegal use of medical insurance funds, and effectively safeguarded the "medical money" of the masses. In order to promote reform and governance through cases, the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission of Huangyuan County also urged the county medical insurance bureau and other units to hold warning education meetings based on various typical cases both inside and outside the province, establish and improve institutional mechanisms for medical insurance information exchange, promote systematic governance, and ensure the safe management and use of medical insurance funds.
