The reporter learned from the State Administration of Taxation that with the large-scale equipment updates and the expansion of the policy of exchanging old for new consumer goods, the equipment updates of enterprises across the country are accelerating, and the policy of exchanging old for new consumer goods has achieved significant results. According to the value-added tax invoice data, the amount of machinery and equipment purchased by industrial enterprises increased by 9.4% year-on-year in the first three quarters.
