It is reported that the system will promote the upgrading of the entire diagnosis and treatment chain based on the outpatient department of myocardial hypertrophy, and create a new model of "rapid screening, rapid diagnosis, and rapid management" for diseases with lethal risks such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. In addition, the system can achieve more refined and personalized management of patients through the application of the latest AI intelligent technology, providing new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment system and technological upgrading of cardiomyopathy. Professor Zhou Jian, Dean of Zhongshan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University, stated that the comprehensive promotion of the "Healthy China Action - Implementation Plan for Prevention and Treatment of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases (2023-2030)" is continuously strengthening the control of cardiovascular disease risk factors. Professor Ge Junbo stated that after the launch of the national demonstration project for intelligent diagnosis and treatment of myocardial hypertrophy, doctors can quickly enter the specialized disease process by warning patients of abnormal conditions through in-hospital referral and out of hospital visit referral; At the diagnostic level, professional ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging systems can detect critical danger signals such as wall thickness in a more timely manner, achieving accurate diagnosis; At the treatment level, doctors can meet the treatment goals of patients' rapid control, and solve the dilemma of traditional methods being difficult to apply to the pathological mechanisms of diseases, while surgery is difficult and there is a risk of complications. It is understood that with the support of AI technology, the AI intelligent diagnosis and treatment system for cardiomyopathy can achieve more refined management for patients. Patient diagnosis and treatment information will be automatically entered into the system with the report form every time, and each diagnosis and treatment indicator will be clearly recorded, forming a patient specific data recording curve, providing accurate data support for dynamic evaluation of the condition, and reducing information gaps in the patient's medical process. Professor Qian Juying, Vice President and Deputy Director of the Department of Cardiology at Zhongshan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University, said: "In the future, we will embed AI engines into the myocardial hypertrophy outpatient system, automatically capturing and structuring heart ultrasound, electrocardiogram, and genetic testing reports in seconds to draw personalized prognosis curves for patients, allowing doctors to more conveniently perceive changes in their condition; In addition, the system will actively push medication reminders based on drug metabolism models to avoid drug interactions and ensure that every prescription is safe and traceable. ”In the interview, Professor Zhou Jian hoped that in the process of continuously deepening the discipline construction of cardiology and promoting the optimization of diagnosis and treatment of cardiomyopathy and more cardiovascular diseases, all parties would not only focus on upgrading the services of a single hospital, but also radiate the full cycle diagnosis and treatment capability system to a wider region, gradually linking the high-quality medical resource cooperation network in the Yangtze River Delta and even the whole country, helping to upgrade from "single point breakthrough" to "systematic linkage", and thus helping more patients achieve standardized management.
