The Guidelines stipulate that by 2027, more than 30 new national and industry standards for cloud computing will be formulated, and the cloud computing industry standard system will be continuously improved; More than 1000 enterprises have carried out standard promotion and implementation, highlighting the effectiveness of empowering enterprises with digital transformation and upgrading through standards; Accelerate the supply of international standards in the field of cloud computing and promote the globalization of industries. The Guidelines propose a construction approach for the comprehensive standardization architecture and framework of cloud computing, including six parts: foundation, technology, services, applications, management, and security. Among them, the basic standards mainly regulate cloud computing terminology concepts, technical architecture, etc; Technical standards mainly regulate the design and development of technical products such as cloud computing infrastructure support, platforms, interactions, and deployments; The service standards mainly regulate various cloud services provided to cloud service customers, such as Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, Data as a Service, Artificial Intelligence as a Service, Software as a Service, Security as a Service, etc; The application standards mainly regulate the integration of cloud computing with various other information technologies and industries; The management standards mainly regulate the design, delivery, deployment, operation, maintenance, and quality evaluation of cloud computing solutions and services throughout their lifecycle management; The security standards mainly regulate network security, data security, information security, system security, service security, and application security in cloud computing environments. The construction content proposed in the "Guidelines" involves six aspects. One is the basic standards, which mainly include terminology, reference framework, and talent cultivation; The second is technical standards, mainly including basic support, platform, interaction, deployment and other technical standards; The third is service standards, mainly including infrastructure as a service, platform as a service, data as a service, artificial intelligence as a service, software as a service, and security as a service; The fourth is application standards, mainly including standards for cloud technology applications and cloud industry applications; The fifth is management standards, which mainly include design, delivery deployment, operation, maintenance, and quality evaluation; The sixth is safety standards, including safety foundation, safety technology and products, infrastructure safety, service safety, application safety, safety management, etc. It is reported that cloud computing is a model of supplying and managing dispersed information technology resources such as computing, storage, and software in a service-oriented manner based on the network, and has become a key technological foundation of the digital economy.
