In recent years, shared living rooms have quietly emerged in many places and become a frequent "energy center" for residents in many communities. As an innovative model of community governance, shared living rooms effectively activate idle space resources, reconstruct a new pattern of community governance with neighborhood relations as the core, and create a warm and mutual aid network. This not only responds to the challenges of community governance in the process of urbanization, but also brings tangible benefits to residents, becoming a vivid practice of the concept of co construction, co governance, and sharing implemented at the grassroots level. Although the physical space of a shared living room is limited, its economic value and social significance cannot be underestimated. One is to help optimize resource allocation and meet diverse spatial needs. For example, Baishui County in Shaanxi Province has implemented the construction of shared living rooms with "one community, one theme, and one characteristic", which can effectively meet the practical demands of different communities. At the same time, it is necessary to effectively integrate resources from all parties, actively guide enterprises, institutions, social organizations, and market entities to participate in joint construction, and provide long-term and sustainable resource support and mechanism guarantees for the construction of shared living rooms. In addition, we will promote the construction of shared living rooms according to local conditions. For example, in old residential areas, efforts can be made to revitalize idle spaces and provide community services; In public rental housing communities, functional integration models can be explored to integrate party building propaganda, government services, entrepreneurship support, and public welfare activities, synergistically promoting community integration and resident development; In aging communities, efforts can be made to create age friendly shared spaces; In communities where teenagers gather, the cultural characteristics of reading can be highlighted, creating a shared space for reading and creating a good community cultural atmosphere. As an innovative carrier of community governance, shared living rooms also need to be continuously optimized and iteratively upgraded.
