The General Office of the All China Federation of Trade Unions and the General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security recently jointly issued a notice to launch the "Sunshine Employment" action, planning to provide employment assistance to no less than 250000 people and employment services to no less than 1 million people within the year. According to the notification requirements, the focus of the activity is on college graduates who have left school but are facing difficulties in finding employment by 2025, while also taking into account employment groups such as those who have been transferred to other positions, family members of disadvantaged workers, and flexible workers. Trade unions and human resources departments in various regions will strengthen cooperation and provide policy promotion, career guidance, job recommendation, skills training, employment internships and other services for job seekers applying for employment assistance services. The activity is carried out on the "Employment Assistance Cloud" platform for union service workers. Job seekers can download the "Employee Home" app, enter the "Employment Assistance" section, click on "Sunshine Employment", and submit an employment assistance application. The union in the place of employment intention will provide employment services based on the application content. It is reported that the "Employment Assistance Cloud" platform is built by Quanzong and has functions such as online job search, job posting, employment live streaming, employment guidance, and employment assistance. It can provide public welfare, intelligent, and direct employment services. Since its launch on the "Employee Home" app in July 2024, the platform has conducted a total of 2581 employment live broadcasts and provided 4.351 million job opportunities. (New Society)
