On the 10th, it was learned from the Cyberspace Administration of China that in order to safely, steadily, and orderly promote the deployment and application of artificial intelligence big models in the field of government affairs, the Cyberspace Administration of China and the National Development and Reform Commission recently jointly issued the "Guidelines for the Deployment and Application of Artificial Intelligence Big Models in the Field of Government Affairs", which provides guidance and basic reference for the deployment and application of artificial intelligence big models in various levels of government departments from the aspects of application scenarios, standardized deployment, and operation management. The guidelines suggest that government departments can explore and apply artificial intelligence models in typical scenarios based on common and high-frequency needs in government services, social governance, office work, and auxiliary decision-making, tailored to local conditions and practical situations. We should explore the construction of an intensive deployment model of "one place construction, multiple places and departments reuse", coordinate the promotion of the deployment and application of government models, and prevent the formation of "model islands". The guidelines point out that government departments should coordinate the reduction of burden and empowerment, avoid blindly pursuing technological leadership and conceptual innovation, and effectively prevent "digital formalism". We should establish a sound full cycle management system, clarify the application methods and boundaries, implement the "auxiliary" positioning of artificial intelligence big models, and prevent risks such as model "illusion".
