Based on their own disciplinary characteristics and curriculum system, universities should establish a training model that integrates professional theory and labor practice to enhance students' practical abilities. Chongqing University fully leverages its engineering advantages, deepens the integration of industry and education, implements the "Top Enterprise" project, and integrates real problems and needs from practice into professional teaching and labor education.
