How to transition from usable to user-friendly intelligent voice technology

Looking at the overall situation, China's digital economy is flourishing, and the process of industrial digitization is accelerating. In the increasingly fierce international competition, many Chinese enterprises have entered the global leading camp in the field of artificial intelligence, and technologies such as speech recognition, semantic understanding, and speech synthesis have reached the international advanced level. Looking at the foundation, China has abundant language resources, a complete industrial chain, and a huge user market, providing strong support for the implementation of intelligent voice technology. Observing trends, intelligent voice technology not only drives the transformation of human-computer interaction, but also has enormous development potential in empowering the silver economy and exploring new spaces for industrial intelligence. From 'usable' to 'easy to use', intelligent voice technology still faces many challenges. The lack of high-quality contextualized corpora, shallow integration with core businesses, and obstacles to cross system interconnectivity hinder their large-scale implementation and deep empowerment in various fields. Based on scale, only by filling in the gaps can we transform technological potential into real productivity, and enable the "good voice" to continuously empower industries and activate the economy. Strengthen the practical orientation and consolidate the application foundation. Any new technology moving from the laboratory to industrialization cannot be separated from application feedback and scenario driven. Establishing a mechanism for deep integration of industry knowledge graph and speech technology, promoting the transition of intelligent speech applications from executing instructions to solving business problems, forming a complete business closed loop, and creating practical value for the industry. Innovate consumption scenarios and cultivate growth momentum. Smart homes, in car systems, wearable devices, and other terminals are important carriers for the implementation of intelligent voice technology. Users' expectations for voice products have shifted from "audible" to "understandable and capable of handling tasks", and higher requirements have been put forward for the response speed, recognition accuracy, and personalized service level of voice interaction. Support enterprises to build an integrated service ecosystem across terminals and scenarios, promote functional innovation and experience optimization, actively cultivate intelligent native formats such as health management, in car entertainment, and home-based elderly care that integrate voice interaction, create a new consumption model that deeply integrates "terminal+service+content", and unleash the potential of intelligent voice consumption.
