At the same time, robots are widely used in patrol duty, medical assistance, material distribution, environmental cleaning, and other scenarios. Artificial intelligence technology continues to expand and innovate in the field of home services. For example, the "Gancheng Community Intelligent Enjoyment Life Service Platform" built in Puyang, Henan Province promotes the innovation of domestic service through digital means, relying on AI algorithms to achieve rapid matching of service supply and demand, achieving "5-minute response, 15 minute arrival", with a service coverage rate of 92%, resident satisfaction rate of 98.6%, and significantly improved service quality and response efficiency. Relevant policies have been gradually introduced. In June 2024, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and other departments issued the "Opinions on Strengthening the Professionalization of Domestic Service Construction", proposing to promote digital empowerment and enrich online vocational skills training resources for domestic service; In October of the same year, the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments issued the "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Industry and Education in the Home Service Industry", which proposed to deepen the application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of home service. In April of this year, the Ministry of Commerce and other departments issued a notice on measures to promote the expansion and upgrading of domestic service consumption, which proposed to accelerate the digital development of the domestic service industry. The implementation of a series of measures has effectively enhanced the strength and level of integration between the domestic service industry and artificial intelligence. Some challenges also exist: there is a risk of data leakage when AI home appliances collect user information during services; AI services are too programmatic, and the emotional value of users is ignored; wait. To further promote the empowerment of artificial intelligence in the domestic service industry, targeted measures should be taken from the government, enterprises, and other levels. On the one hand, we need to improve data protection mechanisms to prevent privacy leakage risks. The relevant departments should strengthen the supervision of relevant enterprises, and the policy support and regulatory system for data security still need to be improved. Develop standards for data collection and use of AI household equipment, requiring companies to publicly disclose algorithm logic, ensure that all data usage is subject to user informed consent, grant users data access and deletion permissions, and strictly prohibit unauthorized use of user information for commercial purposes. Enterprises should establish sound data management mechanisms, continuously develop security protection programs, upgrade technical systems, and prevent hacker intrusions through technical protection measures such as data encryption storage and anonymization processing, effectively safeguarding user privacy and security. On the other hand, innovative emotional feedback systems can eliminate the problem of emotional deficiency in AI services. On the basis of existing smart homes, we focus on innovating the emotional perception and feedback capabilities of artificial intelligence. Through multimodal perception technology, we capture user language, actions, expressions, and other information, accurately analyze user emotions, imitate the emotional supply and demand relationship of human society, and make timely and dynamic adjustments to provide customized services for users. After recognizing the user's feelings of loneliness, anxiety, etc., the nanny type robot can provide companionship services through voice interaction; Cleaning robots can quietly and efficiently complete cleaning tasks during user learning or work. By optimizing the emotional feedback system, we aim to promote both work efficiency and humanistic warmth in domestic services, enabling users to gain emotional value when receiving efficient and high-quality domestic services. In addition, relying on departments such as human resources and social security, civil affairs, etc., household skills training points will be established in communities or streets to provide targeted training on smart home operations for household service personnel. After the training, employment guidance will be strengthened for the staff, and job matching services will be provided. Based on the demand of service orders, carry out pre job special training to effectively enhance the digital skills of service personnel, promote the transformation of service personnel from physical labor to technical operation, and promote the transformation of home service from experience driven to data-driven and intelligent driven, thereby reducing the structural unemployment risk caused by insufficient technological adaptation and ensuring industry stability.
