She has created numerous vivid character images on stage, especially Li Tiemei in "The Red Light", who is widely known. Guo Qihong created numerous new historical dramas, allowing historical figures such as Li Bai, Cao Zhi, Li Yu, Gu Zhenguan, and Du Fu to be vividly and vividly expressed on the stage. The closing ceremony performance is "My Grand View Garden" created by Zhejiang Xiaobaihua Yue Opera House. It is based on the classic literary work "Dream of the Red Chamber" and has received high praise from the audience for its innovative narrative, poetic interpretation, and exquisite stage aesthetics. Adhering to the people-centered creative orientation has been strongly reflected in the selection of plays for this year's Chinese Theatre Festival. This year's Chinese Theatre Festival opened on September 5th, featuring 42 outstanding plays, advocating for a diverse range of performances, emphasizing the correct understanding of the main theme, encouraging the practice of "sharpening a sword in ten years", adhering to the principle of art for the people, breaking away from the award system, adhering to the principle of artistic diversity, upholding the essence of drama, adhering to the Chinese cultural stance, inheriting the genes of Chinese culture, and showcasing the aesthetic style of China. Adhering to the combination of theory and creation, emphasizing both research and practice, is also a clear direction of the Chinese Theatre Festival. This year's drama festival will hold events such as drama criticism meetings, advanced training courses for criticism talents, and special symposiums on improving drama criticism work, in order to enhance the "pulse diagnosis and prescription" of theater troupes and dramas, focus on cultivating drama theory construction and criticism talents, and provide solid support for the sustainable development of Chinese drama. The Chinese Theatre Festival was founded in 1988 and is held every two years. This year's drama festival also created the "Carbon Neutral Drama Festival" for the first time, with more than 1.4 million people participating in the "Everyone's One Kilogram, Drama Carbon Neutrality" activity, contributing more than 2000 tons of green energy and practicing the concept of "drama carbon neutrality".
