Encourage regions to build service trade unified guarantee platforms according to local conditions, introduce relevant support policies, and increase guidance and training on credit risk management for service trade enterprises. Improve the precision of export credit insurance policies. Deepen the information sharing mechanism with relevant insurance institutions for service trade enterprises, and strengthen the business guidance for service export certification. Increase the supply of financial services to small and medium-sized enterprises, and improve the convenience level of insurance services based on the characteristics of enterprise foreign exchange collection and settlement and the needs. Based on the characteristics of service trade, improve the quality and efficiency of underwriting and claims services. Encourage banks to expand the credit enhancement function of policy financing and optimize business processing procedures. Optimize cross-border capital flow management. Orderly promote the pilot of integrated domestic and foreign currency fund pools for multinational corporations, support service enterprises to join the pilot of multinational corporation fund pool business as member enterprises, and facilitate the allocation of funds within the group. The notice specifies the need to improve the facilitation level of cross-border fund settlement in service trade. Continuously promote the facilitation of service trade settlement and guide banks to optimize cross-border fund collection and payment procedures for honest and compliant enterprises. Encourage banks to optimize their audit methods and improve the efficiency of fund settlement for small and high-frequency service trade transactions between enterprises that have long-term cooperation both domestically and internationally. This is the first time that China has introduced comprehensive and systematic policy measures for service exports, mainly including financial and tax support, financial support, regulatory facilitation, and international market development. ”Nie Pingxiang, a researcher at the Research Institute of the Ministry of Commerce, told a reporter from China Securities Journal.
