Based on the positioning of responsibilities, focus on work priorities. Resident supervision is essentially political supervision, and it must take a clear stance to regard "two safeguards" as the fundamental task. The Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervisory Commission of Luonan County fully play the role of a "probe" for dispatched supervision, focusing on the major decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the implementation of the responsibility of comprehensively governing the Party strictly. They urge the Party organizations of the centralized supervision units to firmly shoulder the main responsibility of comprehensively governing the Party strictly, the "top leader" to fulfill the responsibility of the first person in charge, and other members of the leadership team to fulfill the "dual responsibilities of one position". The Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission of Luonan County focuses on building a collaborative and efficient supervision system, promoting the integration of forces, procedures, and work. Continuously improve the collaborative supervision of "group", the linkage supervision of "room group", and the joint case handling mechanism of "room group location", and promote the normalization and institutionalization of the coordination between dispatched supervision and disciplinary supervision, supervisory supervision, and inspection supervision. Collaborate and connect departments such as personnel, letters and visits, audit, and finance to achieve mutual transfer of leads, discussion of issues, sharing of information, and sharing of results. Regularly carry out "Monday Classroom" political rotation training, strengthen theoretical armament, and enhance the ability to discover, analyze, and solve problems politically. Regularly hold practical skills training such as internal audit and external inspection, systematically learn about the Supervision Law, the Law on Administrative Penalties for Public Officials, and industry regulatory regulations, and enhance the comprehensive abilities of dispatched personnel in supervision, inspection, review, investigation, and writing. Develop assessment and evaluation methods for dispatched personnel, scientifically set evaluation indicators and methods, conduct self-examination and self-evaluation by the dispatched personnel every six months against annual target tasks, and conduct comprehensive evaluations by members of the county discipline inspection and supervision commission team and various departments based on the daily performance of the dispatched personnel.
