The 22nd China ASEAN Expo will be held in Nanning, Guangxi from September 17th to 21st. The museum features both designer creative exhibits and personalized interactive experiences generated by AI technology, allowing visitors to experience the diverse charm of Hong Kong in a technological and creative atmosphere. On the 18th, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council held the Hong Kong Guangxi RCEP Exchange Conference at the "Hong Kong Pavilion", where political and business representatives from China and ASEAN countries gathered to explore new opportunities for economic and trade cooperation, resource docking, and market expansion. Huang Tianwei, Chief Representative of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council in South China, expressed in his speech that he hopes to leverage the platform of the East Expo to better leverage Hong Kong's unique advantages in technology innovation, cultural creativity, environmental protection, and sustainable development, and provide efficient and high-quality solutions for cooperation between the mainland, RCEP, and ASEAN markets. Under the framework of China ASEAN Free Trade Area 3.0, promote the development of digital economy, green economy, and supply chain connectivity. At the exchange meeting, Radio Television Hong Kong signed a memorandum of cooperation with Guangxi Broadcasting and Television Station. Both sides will jointly create a diversified media platform for the RCEP region through content sharing, technology exchange, and cultural dissemination, promoting regional cultural exchange and industrial linkage. In recent years, Hong Kong has had close ties with Guangxi. Hong Kong is the second largest export market and the largest source of foreign investment in Guangxi. Since the signing of the letter of intent for comprehensive cooperation between the governments of both sides last year, Guangxi and Hong Kong have continued to deepen cooperation in emerging industries such as finance, trade, logistics, and artificial intelligence. Meanwhile, ASEAN has been Hong Kong's second largest commodity trading partner for 15 consecutive years, with approximately 730 ASEAN companies developing in Hong Kong. With the hub advantage of the Western Land Sea New Corridor, Hong Kong is continuously expanding its RCEP "circle of friends". As a supporting unit of the East Expo, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council has participated in the exhibition for 22 consecutive years.
