Exploring win-win development of the film and television industry in Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Macao

The 3rd Guangzhou Hong Kong Macao Film and Television Industry Matchmaking Event was held in Guangzhou on the 15th, aiming to actively explore effective ways for the complementary advantages and win-win development of the film and television industries in Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Macao, promote the high-quality development of audio-visual industry clusters supported by new quality productivity, and accelerate the construction of a modern and large-scale audio-visual development pattern. At the event, a signing ceremony was held for major projects such as the National Cultural and Trade Base (Guangzhou) Film and Television Shooting Workstation, Guangdong Film and Television Industry Service Platform, and the entry of film and television enterprises, promoting film and television resources. Representatives from nearly 50 film and television institutions have brought a batch of film and television projects such as "Tomorrow's Paradise", "The Apprentice of Southern Food", "The City Builder", and "Yan Shi Ji". At the event, the Guangdong Film and Television Industry Service Platform was also established, led by the National Foreign Cultural Trade Base (Guangzhou). The platform will integrate film and television creative resources with cultural trade service capabilities, creating an integrated service of "creative empowerment+trade services+international cooperation". The event also released the "Implementation Measures for Promoting the Creation and Production of Television and Online Drama in Guangzhou". The relevant person in charge of Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism introduced that Guangzhou will play the role of the core engine of the central city of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, focusing on the entire chain of creation, filming, production, distribution, trading and derivative industries, leveraging the advantages of Hong Kong and Macao resources, and continuously promoting the high-quality development of the audio-visual industry cluster supported by new quality productivity. The event is guided by the Propaganda and Culture Department of the Liaison Office of the Central Government in Macau and the Propaganda Department of the Guangzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China. It is organized by the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government Bureau of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Macao Special Administrative Region Government Bureau of Culture, and the Guangdong Radio, Film and Television Association, and co organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and the National Cultural and Trade Base (Guangzhou).
