The first batch of driver training for the first light rail line in Central Asia has been completed in Tianjin

Recently, the first batch of 29 light rail train driver trainees from Kazakhstan completed a three-month practical training in Tianjin, from inspection and static debugging operations, to full function simulator training, observation and on-the-job training, and finally entered nighttime practical driving practice. The 29 trainees proficiently mastered the training content of subway vehicle equipment recognition, emergency fault handling technology, train driving, etc. The training instructor of Tianjin Rail Transit Group, who is responsible for this training, also specially provided special training on safe driving and emergency response in ice and snow weather that adapts to the local climate for the students. The Astana Light Rail Project in Kazakhstan, constructed with the participation of Chinese enterprises, is the first urban light rail line in Central Asia. (New Society)
