On September 8, 2025, in Mengzhou City, Henan Province, the construction of the asphalt surface layer for the Qinyi Expressway Yellow River Extra Large Bridge, a provincial key project undertaken by China Communications Second Navigation Bureau, is underway. This project is a key construction project of the "13445 Project" in Henan Province and an important component of the ring road in the Luoyang metropolitan area. Among them, the Yellow River Grand Bridge is a comprehensive control project, with the longest total length, highest design speed, and largest single span on the Yellow River. After the completion of the project, it is of great significance for building a comprehensive transportation corridor, enhancing interconnectivity, promoting regional coordination, and achieving high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.
