The 3rd China Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Annual Conference and the 4th Danzhai Intangible Cultural Heritage Week (hereinafter referred to as the Annual Conference) will be held from September 16 to September 21, 2025 in Danzhai Wanda Town, Qiandongnan Prefecture, Guizhou Province. This annual conference is jointly organized by the China Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Association, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and the People's Government of Qiandongnan Prefecture. During the annual conference, hundreds of guests including representatives from the competent departments of intangible cultural heritage in various provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government, experts, scholars, and inheritors gathered in Danzhai. This year's conference integrates various forms of intangible cultural heritage exhibition projects, and presents the following four highlights in combination with the annual results release and academic discussions: 1. Creating an immersive intangible cultural heritage exhibition space through the "Five Good Intangible Cultural Heritage Collection". The collection of intangible cultural heritage closely follows the theme, with Wanda Town as the center, and follows the layout of "one line, four centers" to create a collection of intangible cultural heritage with the characteristics of "five excellences". 'Frontline' refers to setting up booths for intangible cultural heritage traditional crafts, intangible cultural heritage cuisine, intangible cultural heritage special skills, traditional Chinese medicine and other projects on the main street of 1.5 kilometers, integrating with the existing business formats of the block, fully showcasing the grand scene of hundreds of intangible cultural heritage entering the town. The "Four Centers" refer to the layout of 100 intangible cultural heritage projects and traditional crafts exhibitions in the streets along Yougong Square, Miaonian Square, Gulou Square, and Jinji Square, respectively, to carry out a series of activities related to intangible cultural heritage creation and intangible cultural heritage experience. 2、 The technology empowered new dissemination and exhibition of intangible cultural heritage, hosted by the Intangible Cultural Heritage Department of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the China Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Association, and the Guizhou Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, has created a new space for technology empowered intangible cultural heritage inheritance experience. It has organized institutions such as the Central Academy of Fine Arts and innovative enterprises to showcase digital and immersive experience scenes of intangible cultural heritage, expand the expression dimensions and experience methods of intangible cultural heritage, and showcase the inheritance and innovation of intangible cultural heritage in contemporary times. At the same time, public participation activities such as free consultations at the Famous Doctor Hall, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Research and Learning Classroom, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Skills Show, the Intangible Cultural Heritage T-stage Show, the "Intangible Cultural Heritage Good Sheng Music" Lusheng Festival, the Miaoling Sour Soup Gourmet Banquet, and the Intangible Cultural Heritage Costume Parade Exhibition were staged in rotation during the annual conference. 3、 The opening ceremony of the gathering of three heavyweight releases: 1.
