749600 new administrative reconsideration cases received nationwide in 2024

On September 8th, Vice Minister of Justice Hu Weilie announced at a series of themed press conferences on "Completing the 14th Five Year Plan with High Quality" held by the State Council Information Office that in 2024, there were 749600 new administrative reconsideration cases received nationwide, a year-on-year increase of 94.7%. After reconsideration, 90.3% of the cases were resolved. In the first half of this year, the number of new cases received reached 347500, a year-on-year increase of 16.8%. More and more people and enterprises prefer administrative reconsideration to resolve administrative disputes. (New Society)
