Many aspiring individuals joined guerrilla forces such as the Hong Kong and Kowloon Brigade of the Dongjiang Column, vigorously resisting the invaders, fully demonstrating the indomitable spirit of the Chinese nation, which is willing to give up and regard death as their home. We commemorate the victory of the Anti Japanese War not only by taking history as a mirror and cherishing the hard-earned peace, but also by learning from the indomitable spirit of our predecessors and working together to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
