Medical institutions should provide multi-channel registration services, improve various registration methods such as telephone, internet, and on-site appointments, and facilitate channels for families, friends, family doctors, and others to make appointments on behalf of disabled people. Based on the characteristics of people with disabilities, optimize medical treatment paths, simplify admission procedures, medical insurance review, discharge settlement, appointment for examination and testing, and health education for discharged patients.
