535 drugs pass the review of the new year's national medical insurance drug catalog

On the 28th, the National Healthcare Security Administration announced the list of declared drugs for the 2025 National Basic Medical Insurance, Maternity Insurance, and Work Injury Insurance Drug Catalog, as well as the list of innovative drugs for commercial health insurance to be reviewed for form adjustment. In the 2025 directory adjustment application stage, a total of 718 basic medical insurance directory application information were received, involving 633 generic names of drugs, and 535 of them passed the formal review. 141 applications were submitted for the commercial insurance innovative drug catalog, involving 141 generic names of drugs, of which 121 passed the formal review. From August 12th to August 18th, the National Healthcare Security Administration announced the list of declared drugs that have passed the preliminary form review for the adjustment of the 2025 National Basic Medical Insurance, Maternity Insurance, Work Injury Insurance Drug Catalog, and Commercial Insurance Innovative Drug Catalog. During the public announcement period, a total of 75 feedback comments were received. According to the opinion, the National Healthcare Security Administration has reviewed and revised the results of the drug review according to procedures, and a total of 6 drug form review results have changed. Through formal review, the drug has obtained the qualification to participate in expert evaluation. Only drugs that have passed all stages of evaluation, negotiation, etc. can be finally included in the catalog. (New Society)
