The 2025 ASEAN Standardization Cooperation Forum, with the theme of "Artificial Intelligence Standardization Innovation Cooperation Empowering the Construction of China ASEAN Community of Shared Future", opened on the 27th in Nanning, Guangxi. Wei Tao, Chairman of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and Bai Qingyuan, Deputy Director of the State Administration for Market Regulation of China, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. The forum signed a series of cooperation agreements, announced the establishment of the ASEAN Standardization Cooperation and Exchange Center Expert Committee, released cooperation initiatives such as the "Nanning Initiative on Standards Supporting the Sustainable Development of Artificial Intelligence", and achieved a series of cooperation results such as the "China ASEAN Automotive Standardization Talent Training Action Plan".
