Zibo, Shandong Province, takes the construction of an open and shared community cultural academy as a starting point to promote the sinking of high-quality cultural resources, create a "15 minute cultural ecosystem", and enrich the cultural life of the masses. Since the beginning of this year, Zichuan District has built 25 characteristic academies such as "Zizhou Academy" and "Suxiang Academy", launched a series of high-quality courses, and provided high-quality cultural resources directly to the grassroots. At present, Zibo City has launched a pilot project for the construction of cultural academies in 60 communities throughout the city. Through measures such as compiling a list of high-quality cultural resources, forming a team of cultural instructors, and creating cultural service IPs, it has created a "doorstep" cultural and educational complex, serving over 2 million people annually.
