Gradually improving the funding guarantee level of special education schools and enhancing their educational capabilities is a commendable great thing. Special education targets are complex, with significant differences, difficult teaching, high education costs, and higher rehabilitation requirements for students with multiple disabilities and autism. Special education teachers face pressure. Therefore, prioritizing the allocation of funds for special education and increasing government financial investment is urgent and necessary. Strengthening research on special education work, constructing new campuses of special schools that need to be expanded, fully equipping special education teachers according to national standards, strengthening the protection of special education teacher benefits, increasing the training of special education teachers, and establishing cooperative relationships between schools and medical institutions. Corresponding professional medical personnel should regularly come to the school for rehabilitation guidance or students should regularly go to medical institutions for rehabilitation training, all of which require substantial financial investment. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the financial support for special education, improve the standard of public funds per student in special education schools, and provide assistance to disabled students. Such support should also be ensured to be truly implemented. With more sufficient investment, special education schools will be able to provide a more abundant supply of special education degrees to meet the enrollment needs of children and adolescents with special needs; On the other hand, it will also play a role in providing professional support for integrated education in ordinary schools. Develop individualized education and teaching plans tailored to the characteristics of disabled students, provide diverse teaching strategies, and explore scientifically appropriate training methods through the integration of medical rehabilitation, information technology, and special education. While increasing investment in special education during the compulsory education stage, it is also necessary to further extend special education from compulsory education to both ends. In the preschool education stage, various forms are used to enhance public awareness of the causes and early manifestations of disability in children with various disabilities, and targeted interventions are provided. In high school, the focus is on developing vocational education, improving the level of special education vocational education, and providing more employment opportunities for disabled students. We also need to vigorously develop higher special education to enable people with disabilities to fully utilize their talents. Every child is a flower in the big garden of education in our country, and the level of development of special education reflects the level of education in a country. Running special education well is an important measure to promote social equity and a significant symbol of social civilization and progress.
