On August 23rd, the 2025 China Computing Power Conference with the theme of "Building a Foundation with Computing Networks and Guiding the Future with Intelligence" opened in Datong, Shanxi. At the opening ceremony, the China Computing Power Platform officially completed the integration of sub platforms in 10 provinces, regions, and cities including Shanxi, Liaoning, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Henan, Qinghai, Ningxia, and Xinjiang, achieving comprehensive integration of "platforms, entities, resources, ecology, and scenarios". During the 14th Five Year Plan period, China's computing power industry developed rapidly, with infrastructure scale and level ranking among the top in the world. The intelligent computing power scale reached 788EFLOPS (billions of floating point operations per second, FP16 half precision), the number of 400G ports on the main line increased to 14060, the total storage capacity exceeded 1680EB, and more than 23000 "Huacai Cup" computing power application innovation projects were collected cumulatively. Under the accelerated evolution of technologies such as artificial intelligence, in order to overcome development bottlenecks and promote high-quality development of the computing power industry, China has taken "point, chain, network, and surface" as the main axis to promote the deployment and implementation of a nationwide integrated computing power network. Under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology has been steadily promoting the construction of China's computing power platform in collaboration with various industries since 2017. As a national level comprehensive computing power service platform, the Chinese computing power platform integrates "supply, demand, and service", which can achieve compatibility and interoperability between different systems, platforms, and tools. It is committed to creating a "neutral, open, fair, and trustworthy" service ecosystem for all parties involved in computing power supply and demand, further promoting the efficient allocation and value release of computing power resources, and making computing power services truly universal, convenient, and user-friendly. Under the collaborative efforts of all parties in the industry, China's computing power platform has successfully achieved the "five major connections" of platform connectivity, subject connectivity, resource connectivity, ecological connectivity, and scenario connectivity. As of the end of July, the operation layer of China's computing power platform has registered over 1000 enterprise users, joined over 100 computing power service providers, launched more than 110 high-quality computing power products, connected more than 90 mainstream basic and vertical models, successfully carried the supply aggregation, purchase, and instant activation services of more than 9000 discrete cards, provided multi-source and diversified online calling services for more than 1000 developers, and accumulated billions of computing power monitoring big data.
