Disciplinary inspection and supervision organs should adhere to the development concept centered on the people, actively fulfill their duties and responsibilities, focus on key areas such as education, employment, healthcare, elderly care, social security, and rural revitalization, deepen the rectification of unhealthy practices and corruption around the masses, and win the trust of the people with practical results. Deepen ideological understanding. The people's hearts are the greatest politics. On the one hand, unhealthy practices and corruption around the masses are prone to occur frequently, directly eroding the foundation of the Party's governance. We must understand and grasp this from the perspective of consolidating the Party's governing position, and always maintain a high-pressure situation of punishment. On the other hand, the current aspiration of the people for a better life is even stronger, and their expectations for fairness and justice are more urgent. We must respond to the concerns of the masses in a timely manner, firmly prevent and correct what the masses oppose and hate, and focus on solving the worries, troubles, and concerns around the masses, so that they can feel fairness and justice in the comprehensive strict governance of the Party. Innovative working methods. To deepen the rectification of unhealthy practices and corruption around the masses, we must adhere to a problem oriented approach, innovate methods and approaches, and truly identify and solve the problems strongly reflected by the masses. Continuously promote the sinking and implementation of supervision, increase efforts in sinking guidance, conducting open and covert investigations, receiving public visits, and conducting case visits, timely discover and promote the resolution of prominent issues strongly reflected by the masses, and truly turn the thoughts and expectations of the masses into the direction of supervision. Make good use of information technology, build a smart supervision platform, fully leverage the role of reporting platforms such as "letter, visit, network, and electricity", and expand online supervision methods. We will deepen the use of the mechanism for selecting questions from the masses, closely monitor key aspects such as the use of funds for rural revitalization projects, the management of collective "three funds" in rural areas, and the distribution of livelihood funds, and seriously investigate and punish acts of corruption, embezzlement, interception, false reporting, and extortion. Deepen the treatment of both symptoms and root causes. The rectification of unhealthy practices and corruption around the masses cannot be achieved overnight. We must adhere to a systematic approach and address both the symptoms and root causes, combining current reforms with long-term solutions, and doing a good job in investigating and handling the second half of cases. Adhere to the combination of individual case investigation and similar case governance, deeply analyze the deep-seated problems behind the cases, flexibly use methods such as issuing disciplinary inspection and supervision recommendations, conducting political ecological analysis and judgment, etc., urge the units involved in the cases to improve their institutional mechanisms, and promote the resolution of urgent and difficult problems for the masses.
