It should focus on the "big picture of the country" that concerns the overall situation, the long-term, and the fundamental, and urge and promote party organizations at all levels to strengthen their responsibilities and implement them in accordance with reality. In terms of focusing on key personnel, we will assist the district committee in improving the supervision system for the "top leader" and leadership team, and carry out political profiling for the "top leader" and members of the leadership team, with a focus on political awareness, job responsibilities, integrity, personnel selection and appointment, and public satisfaction. We will implement a comprehensive political profiling for the team members of 89 units in the district, providing effective reference for political supervision. In terms of focusing on key issues, we will strengthen supervision around corruption and work style problems around the masses, and give full play to the comprehensive effect of supervision, governance, and standardization; We carried out a concentrated crackdown on unhealthy practices and corruption in the field of rural revitalization, investigated and filed cases involving 19 people, and recovered more than 2.8 million yuan in economic losses. In terms of focusing on key aspects, targeted rectification of formalism and bureaucracy issues, 6 departments and 2 communities in 2 streets were selected throughout the district to establish monitoring points, track and record the daily work of grassroots units, collect work item records, promote the reduction of some affairs that increase the burden on grassroots, rectify a number of unreasonable requirements, and solve the prominent problem of "small horses pulling big carts" in grassroots governance.

To carry out deep and practical political supervision, scientific methods and powerful tools are needed, which should be guaranteed from the mechanism and standardized from the system. The Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission of Dadong District adheres to upholding integrity and innovation, focuses on improving the "three mechanisms", and promotes the normalization and long-term effectiveness of political supervision. Establish a "full cycle management" mechanism to enhance the quality and efficiency of political supervision work. Taking the strengthening of dispatched supervision as a powerful tool for conducting political supervision, closely integrating political supervision with daily supervision, the Dadong District Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision issued the "Notice on Further Strengthening and Standardizing the Daily Supervision Work of Dispatched (Dispatched) Institutions", guiding all dispatched disciplinary inspection and supervision teams to strictly implement work requirements, strengthen the overall management of the entire process and cycle of political supervision, and discover and promote the rectification of 741 problems by each dispatched disciplinary inspection and supervision team. Deepen the coordination and linkage mechanism, and promote the integration and linkage of various types of supervision. Adhere to the system concept, promote the coordinated connection of the "four supervisions", improve the mechanism of regional cooperation, and form a joint supervisory force. Implement a closed-loop mechanism for rectification and optimize the closed-loop management of the entire political supervision chain.
