Central enterprises are intensifying their efforts to layout the artificial intelligence track

The State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council recently officially released the first batch of 40 strategic high-value scenarios for artificial intelligence in central enterprises, promoting the construction of the "State owned and Central Enterprise Artificial Intelligence Strategic High Value Scenario Library". Artificial intelligence is accelerating the reshaping of the global industrial landscape, and promoting the deep integration of artificial intelligence with the real economy is a 'compulsory course' and a 'necessary option'. State owned and state-owned enterprises should focus on serving the national strategy, closely monitor the forefront development trend, leverage their resource and scenario advantages, adhere to the equal emphasis on development and security, achieve dual efforts of technology catch-up and application leadership, coordinate various forces, and jointly promote the high-quality development of artificial intelligence. ”Li Zhen, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, emphasized the need to further promote the implementation of strategic high-value applications, strengthen top-level design, deeply integrate the real economy, explore and construct strategic high-value scenarios with strong strategic significance, high economic benefits, and closely related to people's livelihoods, and create benchmarks for applications such as artificial intelligence+science, biomedicine, new material research and development, new industrialization, and embodied intelligence. High value application scenarios are the core carrier for artificial intelligence to exert its effectiveness, determining the value limit of technology implementation, providing practical soil for the transformation of technological achievements, and providing a key path for realizing technology empowerment of industries. The first batch of strategic high-value scenarios for artificial intelligence by central enterprises released this time covers key areas such as industrial manufacturing, smart energy, steel metallurgy, mineral exploration, material research and development, medicine and healthcare, transportation and logistics, information and communication, smart buildings, and smart agriculture. The high-speed train in China runs at a Chinese speed, and the excellent aerodynamic performance of its exterior design is a key core technology for the development of high-speed trains. In response to the large-scale aerodynamic simulation requirements in the exterior design of high-speed trains, CRRC Group has developed China's first intelligent simulation model for high-speed train aerodynamics. The large model of CRRC's wheel cutting and wind galloping simulation adopts a data-driven modeling method, based on the data accumulated in the independent research and development process of high-speed trains in China for more than 20 years, to train and optimize the large model, replacing traditional flow field simulation and simplifying the simulation modeling process. Its accuracy is comparable to traditional simulation methods, and the simulation cycle has been shortened from days of supercomputing resources to 10 seconds of a single graphics card. The overall simulation efficiency has been improved by more than 30 times, promoting the transformation of China's high-speed train exterior design from experience driven to data-driven. Chen Jian, Deputy Director of the Digital Innovation Department of the Science and Technology Quality and Information Technology Department of CRRC Group, stated that the key technology of the CRRC Chulun Fengchi simulation large model is fully stack and independently controllable. Currently, algorithm encapsulation, high-quality dataset construction, algorithm accuracy and efficiency verification have been completed. In the future, it can be applied to the rapid evaluation of aerodynamic performance and iterative optimization of design schemes for the head shape, bogie, body section and other components of high-speed trains. Helium is an important strategic material, and polyimide is a key raw material for extracting high-purity helium membrane materials. Achieving its independent research and development is of great significance for alleviating the shortage of helium resources in China. Sinopec Beijing Institute of Chemical Technology has independently developed an intelligent design platform for polyimide materials through intelligent model training. This platform can selectively generate new molecular structure design schemes and accurately predict parameters such as gas separation performance of new materials, enabling researchers to selectively screen the optimal scheme for experimental verification. The average accuracy of predicting gas separation performance exceeds 90%. China Railway Construction Corporation, based on its own artificial intelligence computing center, provides domestically produced computing power, hardware, and training platform. It integrates artificial intelligence and shield tunneling technology, and integrates eight functional modules including intelligent assisted selection, intelligent construction organization, and shield tunneling intelligent diagnosis. It has built a new paradigm of intelligent construction with multi-source data fusion, multi process collaboration, and multi model inference. Relevant scenarios have been successfully applied to more than 20 projects such as Yongzhou, Chengdu Chongqing, and Shenjiang railways. In addition, the National Energy Group's "Intelligent Coal Quality Rapid Detection Technology Application in the Coal Industry Chain Scene" uses a multimodal perception method of "near-infrared+X-ray fluorescence+laser" to promote panoramic, realistic, accurate, fast, and transparent coal quality detection; China National Pharmaceutical Group (Sinopharm) China Biologics has built a three in one technology system of "computing power base+AI model+experimental verification" by deeply exploring the potential relationships between mRNA nucleic acid sequences and relying on Sinopharm Cloud. Through this technology system, it has supported the sequence optimization of dozens of mRNA vaccines for its affiliated enterprises, not only accelerating the research and development process of vaccines and innovative drugs, but also promoting the independent and controllable development of key technologies. Regarding the promotion of strategic high-value applications of artificial intelligence by state-owned and central enterprises, Liu Xingguo, a special senior researcher at the China Enterprise Confederation, analyzed that central enterprises should fully leverage their advantages of large demand scale, complete industrial supporting facilities, and multiple application scenarios, strengthen the orientation of strategic significance, comprehensive value, and people's livelihood, drive all parties to accelerate the exploration and landing of scenarios, adhere to application guidance, strengthen open collaboration and open cooperation, accelerate application leadership, and promote AI empowerment of thousands of industries, which is conducive to promoting high-quality development.
