The reporter learned from the Information Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government on the 15th that, in order to remember history, remember the martyrs and promote patriotism, the theme exhibition of "For national liberation and world peace - commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti Fascist War" will be held from August 25 to September 24 in the commercial cooperation service platform complex between China and Portuguese speaking countries. The theme exhibition is divided into six chapters, including "the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression to save the nation", "the whole nation's war of resistance against foreign aggression", "united as one", "Haojiang Tide Red War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression", "the main eastern battlefield of the common resistance against fascism", "the turning point of the great victory of national rejuvenation", passing on the core concept of "remembering history, remembering the martyrs, cherishing peace, and creating the future". Through a large number of precious historical pictures and video materials, the exhibition systematically presents the 14 year hard course of the Chinese people's war of resistance from 1931 to 1945, and comprehensively demonstrates the heroic chapter of the Chinese people's bloody war of resistance against Japanese aggression and the great significance of fighting against victory. The theme exhibition also shows that Macao people from all walks of life support the motherland's war of resistance through fund-raising, national salvation propaganda, refugee relief, and going to the front, reflecting the deep friendship between Macao compatriots and the people of the country through thick and thin. The theme exhibition, sponsored by the Macao SAR Government and supported by the Memorial Hall of the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, will hold an opening ceremony on the morning of August 25 and be fully open to the public from 3 p.m. on the same day.
