The Jiulong Avenue Expressway project adopts the construction form of "main elevated road+ground auxiliary road". The upper level of the elevated road is the urban expressway, the middle level is the rail transit Ningci Line, and the lower level ground road is the urban main road. After completion, the city's expressway network will be further improved, forming a direct and direct expressway between the central urban area and the northern Yuci urban area along with the central horizontal line.
