According to the Interim Regulations on the Human Resources Market and the Regulations on the Management of Online Recruitment Services, the Social Affairs Bureau of Tianfu New Area has ordered the immediate removal of false information and imposed an administrative penalty of "revoking the human resources service license". 8、 Since the beginning of this year, Qingyang District and Chenghua District of Chengdu have received over 100 complaints from Hangzhou Shengyuantai Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. Chengdu Branch and its affiliated companies suspected of defrauding part-time handling fees. Their related behaviors seriously infringe on the rights and interests of job seekers and disrupt the normal order of the Chengdu human resources market.
