On July 23rd local time, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that from July 23rd to 27th, under the command of Admiral Moiseev, the Commander in Chief of the Russian Navy, the Russian Navy conducted the "July Storm" combat exercise in the Pacific, Arctic, Baltic, and Caspian waters.
