"Training fee of 28000 yuan, service fee of 60000 yuan directly signed a state-owned enterprise"... A company in Sichuan issued information on the enterprise WeChat official account to lure workers to pay for jobs. After investigation, it was found that the company has neither obtained a license for online recruitment services nor been commissioned by relevant state-owned enterprises to recruit, and its behavior is obviously false recruitment. The relevant departments have ordered the immediate removal of false information and revoked the company's human resources service license. At present, it is a peak period for job recruitment, and some "black job agencies" are also stirring up online. Some use so-called "high paying positions" as bait, deliberately fabricating false recruitment information to attract profits; Some people use the banner of recruiting for well-known companies, but in reality, they are engaged in the practice of "recruiting and training"; Some collude with unscrupulous online lending platforms to deceive job seekers with various "recruitment and transfer loans"... These various illegal recruitment "tricks" often use seemingly tempting "pies" to trap job seekers into "traps" that are difficult to prevent, and some even commit crimes under the guise of recruitment. Online recruitment is supposed to build a 'bridge', how can it provide a breeding ground for digging 'holes' and creating' traps'. Recently, with a focus on rectifying various irregularities in online recruitment, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, in conjunction with the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Public Security, and other departments, has organized various regions to carry out a special action to clean up and rectify the order of the human resources market by 2025. Among them, 1196 public accounts have been screened for unauthorized employment intermediary activities. Currently, they have been dealt with in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and platform operation rules, sending a clear signal to standardize the industry and strengthen supervision. Avoiding pitfalls in job hunting, effectively identifying "tricks", and daring to protect rights and interests are crucial. On the one hand, job seekers need to break away from the mentality of taking chances and be cautious about the so-called "less life, more money" and other "pies" that fall from the sky. They should investigate more, ask more questions, and be cautious to prevent the situation of "money and job vacancies". On the other hand, it is necessary to weave a tight legal "safety net" for job seekers. In online recruitment, job seekers are naturally at a disadvantage, especially with prominent issues such as difficulty in safeguarding their rights and high costs. Therefore, the channels for smooth rights relief should not be ignored, and job seekers should be encouraged to take up legal weapons to defend their legitimate rights and interests, forcing the continuous purification of the online recruitment ecosystem. Eliminate chaos and ensure that platform responsibilities are not suspended. The emergence of chaos in online recruitment is partly due to the bundling of interests. For example, some online recruitment service platforms mainly rely on recruitment units for their income, so they turn a blind eye to content review; Some cases are due to the platform's service capabilities not keeping up, inadequate management level, and frequent exposure of problems such as lax information control and personal information leakage when faced with massive recruitment and job seeking information. In fact, normative documents such as the "Regulations on the Management of Online Recruitment Services" have already made clear requirements for the platform's service quality assurance and the protection of job seekers' rights and interests. And if platforms want to stand out from market competition, they need to be good "gatekeepers" and build a "firewall" to seek long-term development through a good online recruitment ecosystem. Employment is the greatest livelihood. Rectifying the chaos of online recruitment is a necessary answer to stabilize employment and promote income growth. A fair, transparent, and secure online recruitment ecosystem provides job seekers with peace of mind in safeguarding their rights and interests, and instills confidence in employers in their ability to attract talent and thrive. All parties should have the responsibility to defend their own land and form a joint force, fully play the role of the rule of law in consolidating the foundation, stabilizing expectations, and benefiting the long-term, release employment vitality, maintain social stability, and safeguard high-quality economic development.
