The special action will further expand the depth and scope of governance, continue to thoroughly rectify the problems and chaos that harm and affect the physical and mental health of minors online, and severely crack down on suspected illegal and criminal activities targeting minors. This special action will focus on various new situations and manifestations, and rectify four issues including the implementation of online infringement, covert dissemination of illegal and harmful information, inducement to participate in offline dangerous activities, and the use of minors' images for profit.
