Including targeting minors, using out of print "guzi", celebrity endorsements, free learning platforms, and other pretexts to harass minors and engage in malicious illegal activities such as cyberbullying; Borrowing cards, stories, anime and other new media and techniques that minors love, fabricating internet slang and bad jokes, packaging and beautifying negative subcultures, promoting negative values, and endangering the physical and mental health of minors.
