The assistance period is precise from November 2021 to August 2024. After every bedtime check, class meeting, or extracurricular activity, both teachers and students will have discussions about their studies and daily life; From professional skills guidance to career planning, from psychological care to employment recommendations, Zheng Yinle provides assistance at critical junctures. In December 2023, recommended by Zheng Yinle, Tian Binchen chose to intern at Suzhou Aiyibei Clothing Co., Ltd. During this period, his work ability and professional ethics were highly praised by the company. After the internship ended, Zheng Yinle remembered his wish to "take care of his grandparents nearby", and in July 2024, he arranged for Hebei Jizhili Trading Co., Ltd. His business ability was quickly recognized by the department head. Tian Binchen is not an exception. Hebei University of Science and Technology Engineering Vocational and Technical College is building a precise assistance system: innovating "one mechanism", maintaining "two ledgers", implementing "three comprehensive assistance", applying for "four subsidies", strengthening "five types of guidance" and selecting "six typical cases". The school implements the "Top Leader" project, and departments develop a "Zero Reduction Project" implementation plan for graduates from disadvantaged groups, requiring all department leaders, counselors, subject leaders, and professional teachers to participate and implement a "one-on-one" package to provide precise assistance for graduates from disadvantaged groups. After the enrollment of new students, the school immediately carries out a survey and builds a "difficult group student ledger" in the first semester; Starting from the second semester, dynamic management will be implemented according to the "lifelong strategy" to help students clarify their direction and enhance their abilities; Starting from the fifth semester, targeted assistance will be carried out and the work ledger will be improved simultaneously. The school has implemented full process, all-round, and comprehensive tracking assistance for students from disadvantaged groups from "enrollment" to "employment": priority is given to heart to heart talks and recommending work study positions after enrollment; During the academic period, implement the "one month docking" policy and prioritize recommending order classes and internship positions; During the job selection period, it is required that the helper conduct at least 3 heart to heart talks with students in need, revise 3 job resumes, participate in 3 employment recruitment activities together, and recommend 3 effective job positions; After leaving school, we will continue to provide guidance services and track employment. On the basis of distributing scholarships and grants according to policies, schools have opened a "green channel" to help graduates from disadvantaged groups actively apply for economic hardship subsidies and job search subsidies; Strengthen communication with enterprises and help disadvantaged graduates reduce or waive their medical examination fees and reimburse their travel expenses to work. At the same time, the school implements the "Five Major Employment Promotion Plans" of signing contracts for escort, public examination preparation, grassroots guidance, further education and charging, and carrying pens to join the army, and integrates high-quality resources for innovation and entrepreneurship in the school to comprehensively enhance the employment competitiveness of graduates from disadvantaged groups.
