2025-07-11

Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, together with the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Education, and the State Administration for Market Regulation, organized a special action to rectify various online recruitment chaos in various regions and carry out the 2025 clean-up and rectification of the human resources market order. The five departments jointly guide relevant Internet platform enterprises, supervise and urge the implementation of platform audit and patrol responsibilities, and verify the qualification of relevant accounts and their operators to obtain human resources service licenses. At present, 1196 public accounts have been screened for unauthorized employment intermediary activities. Measures such as suspending the function of publishing recruitment information have been taken in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and platform operation rules. At present, it is a peak period for recruitment and job seeking. Some illegal units and individuals, in order to seek benefits, have carried out job intermediary activities without administrative permission and to evade supervision. Some illegal job placement activities are migrated from offline to online, and the recruitment posts are regularly released and job introductions are carried out using various Internet platforms in the form of public accounts, applets and other Internet groups. Among them, there are a large number of illegal information suspected of employment discrimination, false recruitment, "recruitment to training", "training loans", etc. Some even involve fraudulent criminal activities under the guise of recruitment, seriously disrupting the order of the human resources market and infringing on the fair employment and personal and property rights of workers. Relevant departments remind job seekers to raise their awareness of prevention during the job search process, be alert to various recruitment "traps", pay attention to checking whether relevant online recruitment agencies have legal qualifications, and obtain job information through formal channels. Once you discover that your employment rights and personal property rights have suffered losses, please contact relevant departments in a timely manner to file a complaint and protect your rights in accordance with the law.
