Procuratorial organs at all levels shall supervise the detention and custody work of detention centers and prisons in accordance with relevant requirements, strengthen the connection and cooperation with courts, public security, and judicial administrative organs, and jointly promote the solution to the problems of "difficult detention" and "difficult custody". In response to the problems found in the supervision and law enforcement of prisons, detention centers, and other areas during the special patrol inspection in 2024, as well as the problems in the performance of prosecutorial duties by relevant procuratorial organs, continuous supervision and rectification will be carried out.
